Eric took a healthy cooking class for kids in August. He did well for awhile and then needed Auntie Aussie or Mommy to come sit with him.
He made a scooter out of pretzels, cucumbers, string cheese and tomatoes for headlights, apples with sunflower butter (YUM!), Pinwheel wraps, and some others. He was one of the littlest ones there and kept eating everything on his plate even though they were told to wait until the end. Ashley and I both thought that was silly to make little kids wait to eat healthy food and also, they didn't allow any time at the end for them to actually eat.
